Through our Employer Engagement team we also offer a range of services designed to give employers the opportunity to trial ex-Forces personnel without committing to a long term engagement. Our Civilian Work Attachments (CWA) or Trial Attachments are extremely popular.
Work placements are the perfect opportunity for Service leavers and potential employers to get to know one another. Ex-Forces personnel in the process of leaving the military complete work placements whilst still serving, so can give their time to another employer without expecting payment. Placements last from one day to several weeks and can be tailored to meet the needs and circumstances of the individual and the business objectives of the organisation. Companies are under no obligation to offer future employment.
