Frequent moves, relatively isolated locations and employer reluctance often impact the ability of military spouses and partners to build ‘normal’ lives and careers.
Our dedicated Advisors are spouses; they understand. They provide one-to-one advice and guidance, employability and employment support including bespoke career and training diagnostics, CV and application assistance, interview techniques, coaching and mentoring, links to local businesses and our extensive database of nationwide employers.
Many experience challenges finding jobs and barriers to career progression due to breaks, frequent moves, caring responsibilities, separation, and bereavement. Securing roles that meet the needs, skills and aspirations of spouses and partners within geographical reach can also be difficult.
The programme is open to civilian spouses and partners, including divorced and bereaved.
