As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping you informed and ensuring you have access to the best resources, we want to update you on some significant changes regarding the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) website.
The current CTP website and platform is going offline on 26 September 2024
The current CTP website and platforms, including MyPlan and RightJob, will be taken offline permanently at noon on 26 September 2024. After this time, any information stored on the website or related CTP platforms will no longer be accessible.
If you have any documents, records, or other important information saved on the site, we strongly encourage you to download and save this data before the scheduled shutdown. Ensuring that you have copies of all necessary information will help you avoid any disruptions or loss of valuable resources.
A new CTP website is coming soon
A new CTP website will be launching soon. This update comes as the contract for the Career Transition Partnership transitions from Right Management to Reed in Partnership. The new platform is designed to enhance your experience and provide improved resources for your job search. We understand the importance of a seamless transition between sites, and we continue to work with Reed in Partnership so we can update you as soon as we have more information on how you can access the new site and continue to benefit from its services.
Supporting you through any challenges
We understand that transitioning to a new platform can sometimes be challenging. If you experience any difficulties accessing the new CTP website and employment services after its launch, please know that we are here to support you. Although the new website is managed directly by CTP under Reed in Partnership, Forces Employment Charity is committed to assisting you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

Please rest assured that the Forces Employment Charity website and online community MyForcesEmployment will be unaffected by the CTP shutdown. Any one-to-one employment support you may require from the Forces Employment Charity is still available, and all the other services you receive via the Forces Employment Charity remain unaffected.

FEC Employer Services and Support
On Friday 20 September, the CTP website and RightJob vacancy auto-feed will be discontinued to make way for new employment tools from Reed in Partnership. This will be followed by all current CTP systems decommissioned on Thursday 26 September; therefore, any live vacancies will no longer be visible from noon onwards.
However, even with all this change, rest assured your relationship with us at the Forces Employment Charity remains unaffected.
