Ryan is a seasoned civil servant with a proven track record of delivering demanding programmes globally. He brings tremendous experience and expertise in strategy, policy, change management and governance, with more than 20 years in international trade and defence and security appointments.

Before the Forces Employment Charity, Ryan was a trustee of the Officers’ Association.
