Malcolm joined the Forces Employment Charity as a Trustee in February 2021. He served as a pilot and commander in the Royal Air Force (RAF) for 30 years prior to starting a second career in the commercial and defence aeronautical engineering sector. 

He is currently an Ambassador at the RAF Museum, having previously served as a Trustee and a Past Master of The Honourable Company of Air Pilots.  Malcolm was privileged to be part of the Bomber Command Memorial (Green Park) delivery team and is delighted to be working with the Forces Employment Charity as he is passionate about the value which former Service colleagues can bring to any endeavour.
