Ben became Chairman of the Forces Employment Charity following the combination of the Officers’ Association and RFEA in May 2022. Prior to that he was a Trustee of the OA. Ben is also Chairman of the Invictus Games Programme Board.

Since leaving the Army in 2011 Ben has worked in the John Lewis Partnership where he has held a number of different appointments. He served in the Irish Guards, and very much enjoyed his service in the Army. He benefited from the services of the Officers’ Association when he left, and is very motivated to help other Service leavers and their families find fabulous jobs and fulfilling second careers.
