Forces for London

The Forces for London Programme (FFL) provides employment support specifically to ex-Forces personnel living in London.

We designed the programme to support London based veterans as they face unique challenges including increased cost of living and the changing nature of work in our capital city.

The roles occupied by FFL clients have ranged from entry level jobs, managerial positions, self-employment and specialist roles and the programme offers support to all zones in London.

The Advisors supporting the programme are also from a diverse background and recognise the challenges faced by the BAME community, issues that are unfortunately still present in some areas and the lasting effects of unconscious and conscious bias.

The FFL team has also developed successful corporate coaching and mentoring programmes with companies including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zendesk, Transport for London and Northern Trust.
